WE ARE 'GOOD TO GO!' 

'Good to go' is the Official UK mark to signal that a hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and to give our guests space.



Caring for our Guests

Welcoming and taking care of others is at the very heart of what we do, as a smaller property you can be assured, we will look after you to the best of our ability.  This is our third season of  working safely , & dealing with the virus.

We deliver high standards of hygiene & cleanliness which will be enhanced by frequent disinfection of all high touch areas within the guest house, and hand sanitizer provided in public areas.

In between guests' stays bedrooms will get their usual thorough clean, enhanced by disinfection of touch areas and  treated with an Ecofresh purifying system which has a sanitation option that is perfect against microbes, viruses, and majority of airborne germs. 

We have amended our check  in time to allow for the extra cleaning procedures; check in available from 3pm.

To give more space we have rearranged our breakfast room with less tables; and guests are allocated their own table for the duration of their stay.

There is a pre-order system at breakfast to include Full English or lighter option, cereals, fruit, and yoghurt which will be served safely to your table as we are unable to offer a buffet.

Flexible policy for Guests

Our normal terms and conditions apply but we have added a fair flexible policy.

If you are feeling unwell or self isolating and your booking is affected by CoVid19, the booking can be amended to a later date within the season, subject to our availability and seasonal price, the non- refundable deposit taken for your original booking will be transferred to the new booking.  If we have booked your ferry this can be amended too or it can be cancelled and a refund will be given less a cancellation fee.  We will need to see a positive lateral flow test.

If you cannot commit to a new date straight away the deposit will be held as a credit available for the rest of the season, subject to availability.
